Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in EEE/EI/ECE/Mechatronics.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in harness design and development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Routing of harness/power cables in a 3d environment using UG NX
• Design Review and be responsible for electrical wiring diagrams and harness
• Harness Bundle, wiring Harness flatten/Formboard drawings preparation, and release of 2D layout drawing, Change management
• Excellent knowledge about cut list preparation, component selection and parametric considerations of connectors, wires, seals, terminals with component packing to distribution/control panels and electrical devices
• Experienced in Manufacturing Process Line Setup for Harness, Pigtails & HV and LV Harness Development
• Interact product designers for on time execution of both product pilot and mass production.
• Experience knowledge in IPC, ISO standard to define the wiring harness design requirement and quality requirements.
• Work with a cross-functional team to stakeholders provide support required to deliver on time, quality, and function
• Adhere to process checkpoints to ensure design standards are followed
• Collaborate with auxiliary functional teams, to ensure project execution for product delivering to customer requirements
• Driving continuous improvement of system, Product and Processes.

Work Experience
Required Skills and Experience:

• Education qualification: BE in Mech/EEE/EI/ECE/Mechatronics
• Good interpersonal skills, Communication skills, presentation skills and Team player
• Sound knowledge in Electrical Schematic, wiring harness Design components & Circuits, layouts, and Installation
• Proficient in use of UG NX and Teamcenter
• Proficiency in Product Life cycle Management tools (Document Change and release Management)
• Sound knowledge in harness routing, Electrical safety standards, components selection and cut list preparation
