Job Description

The Trainee Electrical Engineer supports senior engineers by assisting with the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems and components. This role emphasizes learning and applying new skills under supervision while contributing to project success through research, analysis, and technical support.

Design & Development:

Assist senior engineers in designing electrical systems, components, and products.

Support development activities to ensure designs meet specifications and requirements.

Testing & Analysis:

Perform routine testing of electrical systems and components to verify functionality and compliance.

Collect and analyze test data, reporting findings to senior engineers.

Data & Reporting:

Document engineering data and prepare technical reports on system performance and project progress.

Maintain accurate records of testing results and project documentation.

Troubleshooting:

Help diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical systems alongside senior engineers.

Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Documentation:

Create and update technical documentation, including diagrams, specifications, and manuals related to electrical projects.

Ensure all documents comply with industry standards.

Support & Collaboration:

Participate in project planning and implementation activities under supervision.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to meet project goals.

Conduct desktop and field research to stay updated on emerging technologies and standards.

Learning & Compliance:

Develop skills using industry-standard engineering software, tools, and processes.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality protocols, and industry standards in all tasks.

Skills & Qualifications (Recommended):

Basic knowledge of electrical engineering principles and design.

Familiarity with testing methods and safety standards.

Proficiency or willingness to learn software tools like AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar.

Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic engineering environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹29,922.47 per month
