The Training Content Developer will be responsible for preparing easy-to-understand training materials in Microsoft Word format, which will later be uploaded to our mobile application. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems and a strong ability to present information in a simple and practical way.
Key Responsibilities
Develop structured training materials in Word format for employees.
Prepare training modules on basic electrical concepts, practices, and safety procedures.
Ensure training content is simple and engaging for semi-skilled and skilled employees.
Collaborate with internal engineers and supervisors to ensure technical accuracy.
Update and revise training content as required.
Support HR/training department in standardising content for mobile learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
Strong technical writing and documentation skills (MS Word proficiency required).
Ability to explain concepts in clear and simple language.
Prior experience in preparing training material or technical documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
