Roles and Responsibilities:

l Deliver theoretical and practical training in Electrical/Electronics as per curriculum.

l Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote safe practices during sessions.

l Conduct regular assessments and maintain student progress records.

l Provide hands-on exposure to electrical systems, tools, and equipment.

l Stay updated with industry trends to improve training quality.

l Coordinate with center staff and contribute to overall training effectiveness.

l Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Skills:

l Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

l Familiarity with electrical safety norms and standards.

l Good communication and classroom management skills.

l Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
