with 2-10 years of proven experience in

manpower management and contractor handling

. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to coordinate teams efficiently, and ensure smooth execution of site activities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise manpower at project sites. Handle contractors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company standards. Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain records and reports related to manpower and contractors.

Requirements:

B.Tech degree in Electrical 2-10 years of relevant experience. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:

As per knowledge and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
