? Position - Electrical Engineer (Tendering and Estimation Dept)

? Exp- 1 to 4 yrs.

? Location - Thane (Head Office)

Role & Responsibility- (Tendering and Estimation Dept)

Who has experience in Electrical Engineer and maintained in Tender Sales

Procurement

? Detail Study, Analyzing and Evaluation of the tender document and General

and specific conditions of Tender for easy work out of Tender.

? Preparing Bill of Materials for Trunkey Switchyards and substation tenders.

? Discussing with clients / consultants for any clarifications needed and

seeking clarification.

? Attending Pre-tender Meets and Prebid Meeting

? Sending Enquiries to various Vendors for Schedule of Work as per tender

requirement.

? Keeping Continuous Follow up for Obtaining Offers in time. Evaluation and

negotiation of offers received from vendors with tender specification.

? Making comparative statement of offers received
