Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and repair wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and specifications Perform wiring harness testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and quality Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve harness design and assembly processes Identify and rectify wiring faults or defects in the harnesses Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality procedures Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Technician, specifically with wiring harness assembly and repair Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and connectors Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Familiarity with tools and equipment used in wiring harness assembly Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Ability to work independently and as part of a team
