Diagnose and repair electrical breakdowns in machinery, motors, and power systems.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures.
Ensure smooth functioning of transformers, MCC panels, and Air Circuit Breaker, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Hydraulic motors.
Need to work on the field.
2. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
Execute preventive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.
Conduct predictive maintenance (thermography, vibration analysis) to avoid failures.
Ensure timely replacement of aging electrical components.
3. Energy Efficiency & Power Management o Monitor and optimize energy consumption across the plant. o Improve power factor through load balancing and capacitor bank management. o Implement energy-saving initiatives like LED lighting and VFD installation.
4.Safety & Compliance o Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and protocols. o Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions. o Train staff on electrical hazard prevention and emergency response.
5.Installation & Commissioning of New Equipment o Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical systems. o Ensure proper wiring, panel setup, and system integration. o Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
