Core Skills Required:

Electrical Troubleshooting

Ability to identify, analyze, and repair electrical faults in production machinery (e.g., diaper machines, wet wipes units, mask production lines).

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance

Experience in scheduling and performing preventive maintenance for all electrically operated equipment. Capable of minimizing machine downtime during breakdowns.

Panel Wiring & Control Circuits

Proficient in wiring electrical panels and understanding PLC, relay logic, and control systems.

Motor Controls & Drives

Skilled in working with single-phase and three-phase motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and starters.

Industrial Safety Compliance

Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards, lockout-tagout procedures, and PPE usage.

Knowledge of Industrial Equipment

Familiar with diaper production machines, sealing machines, conveyors, cutting units, and packing line electrical components.

Electrical Drawing Interpretation

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, layout drawings, and manuals.

Basic Knowledge in PLC & Automation

(Optional but preferred)*
Exposure to PLC programming (Siemens/Allen Bradley) for basic troubleshooting is an added advantage.

Energy Monitoring & Usage Optimization

Understanding of energy-efficient practices and the ability to monitor energy usage.

Emergency Handling & Coordination

Able to act quickly during power failures or electrical fire risks and coordinate with the safety officer.
