Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Provide
technical support
to clients/users
Ensure systems are working properly after service
Follow safety and company guidelines
Prepare basic service reports after work completion
Coordinate with team members when required

Basic to good technical knowledge (IT / Hardware / Networking / Electrical / Electronics - as applicable)
