We are urgently hiring an experienced

MEP - Multi Technician

to join our maintenance team in

T. Nagar, Chennai

. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and hands-on experience in

electrical, mechanical, plumbing

, and

general maintenance works

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and preventive maintenance across MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including lighting, wiring, switchgear, and DB panels Handle plumbing issues such as leakage, drainage, and sanitary fittings Conduct mechanical maintenance on HVAC systems, motors, pumps, and other utilities Ensure all equipment is maintained and operating in compliance with safety and operational standards Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the facility manager Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition

Key Requirements:

10 to 15 years

of hands-on experience in MEP-related maintenance Strong knowledge in

Electrical systems

,

Plumbing

, and

Mechanical equipment

ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / relevant trade preferred Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and in a team Willing to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns Immediate joiners will be given priority
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
