Job Summary

The Electrical / Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment Maintain LT/HT electrical panels, MCCs, control panels, and wiring systems Attend to electrical breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of power Monitor and maintain motors, transformers, DG sets, and power distribution systems Ensure safe operation of electrical equipment as per safety standards Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule Identify and rectify electrical faults and wiring issues Maintain records of electrical maintenance and breakdowns Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for planned shutdowns Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules and statutory regulations

Qualifications & Experience

ITI / Diploma in Electrical 2-5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Valid Electrical License

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE usage Basic knowledge of PLC panels (preferred) Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing/process industries Knowledge of HT (11 KV) systems and substations Familiarity with energy-saving practices
