ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics. No backlogs at the time of application. Candidate should not be enrolled for any further education which needs on campus presence weekly or monthly.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical control panels as per approved drawings.
Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
We manufacture all types of PLC, VFD, DCS system panels, and PDB panels.
Mounting of electrical components such as MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, VFDs, PLCs, SMPS, and terminal blocks.
Helping to design team at the Panel testing, continuity checks, and basic troubleshooting of wiring faults.
Ensuring proper cable dressing, labeling, and panel aesthetics as per standards.
Compliance with electrical safety norms and company quality guidelines.
Assisting engineers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and panel inspections.
Maintaining tools, instruments, and daily work records.
Supporting installation and commissioning activities if required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1-4 years of experience in control panel manufacturing or automation industry.
Hands-on experience in control panel wiring and testing.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation components.
Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with industrial automation panels (PLC, MCC, PCC, VFD panels).
Familiarity with panel standards and best wiring practices.

The total compensation structure includes a competitive base package.
