MST Technician - Job Responsibilities

Perform operation, maintenance, and minor repairs of

electrical, mechanical, HVAC,

Carry out

preventive and breakdown maintenance

as per schedules and SOPs Attend and rectify technical complaints within defined SLA timelines Monitor equipment parameters and report abnormalities Ensure safe working practices, PPE usage, and compliance with EHS guidelines Maintain daily logs, checklists, and work completion reports Assist senior engineers and supervisors during major repairs and shutdowns Handle basic troubleshooting of panels, motors, pumps, AHUs, and utilities Support energy-saving initiatives and efficient equipment operation Coordinate with vendors and contractors during service activities Follow statutory, fire safety, and quality standards Respond to emergency and after-hours breakdowns when required
