Job Description

Inspecting and testing electrical equipment and components to identify hazards and to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently Repairing, replacing and installing electrical equipment such as transformers, wires, switches, and circuit breakers Using a variety of tools and testing equipment to diagnose malfunctions, locate faults, and repair equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and other diagrams to ensure proper installation and repair of equipment Performing preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components to prevent failures and ensure reliable operation Responding to emergency calls and working to quickly restore power in the event of an outage Adhering to safety procedures and standards at all times to ensure a safe working environment Diploma in Electrical Mandatory
