Regularly check and ensure UPS and battery systems are functioning properly.
Perform battery health diagnostics and ensure timely replacements if required.
Verify that SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) units are operational and efficiently supplying power.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the SPOP (Subscriber Point of Presence).
Verify that the SPOP rack fans are working properly to avoid overheating.
Maintain detailed records of all SPOP data and equipment status.
Troubleshoot and analyze issues when OLT (Optical Line Terminal) goes down due to switch faults.
Replace faulty switches and restore connectivity in minimal downtime.
Coordinate and take follow-up actions during Torrent Power outages to minimize service disruption.
