Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/machinery.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt, practical solutions.
Oversee logistics operations including inventory management, material handling, and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure efficient supply chain movement.
Maintain accurate documentation for logistics, service reports, and technical checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, providing clear technical explanations and updates.
Train end-users and colleagues on product handling, usage, and troubleshooting.
