Operation, maintenance and support services shall extend up to the end of Total Meter-months from Operational Go-Live. The scope of work under operation ...and maintenance services shall include, i. New meter installation ii. Initiating resolution of consumer trouble tickets raised by the employer iii. Maintaining adequate spares (provided by the employer) for maintenance. 2.1. Scope of Work (MI): 1. Replacement of the existing meter of Lift Irrigation/remote consumers by Smart Energy Meter with the meter boxes, (with/without installing or replacing the service line). The scope also includes testing, and commissioning of meters and meter boxes 2. You shall also reconcile and/or submit daily/weekly/monthly details of Material received, consumed & balanced material. 3. You shall also submit/discuss, daily/ weekly/monthly plans to ensure safety & quality of Installation. 4. It shall be your responsibility to get each meter sealed and checked by DEPL authorized personnel at the site. You must capture clear photographs of all meter installation cases after the sealing and checking by the DEPL representative. The photographs shall be captured in the APP. Generally, 8 clear photos have to be brought for as: a. Meter, b. Connection point at pole end, c. SAG provided, d. Service Line at the Consumer-end, e. Pole No., f. Photograph of old removed meter with a reading, g. Before and after photographs of metering points, and h. ProtocolQUALIFICATION AND COMPENSATIONMinimum Qualification: 1. Must be ITI (Electrician / Wiremen) qualified 2. Must have a valid driving license for a 2-wheeler 3. Must have a 2-wheeler to commute 4.
