Key Responsibilities

Electrical System Design:

Designing, developing equipment specification, testing and troubleshooting of AC and DC Electrical Power Distribution System Specification, selection and procurement of range of LV, MV, HV electrical equipment

Protection & Control:

Developing Electrical Protection strategy, relay programming and performing protection and coordination studies, and short circuit studies, arc flash, voltage regulation, load flow and fault level reports Perform advanced electric and magnetic field analysis

Technical Regulations & Standards:

Ensure functionality, safety and integrity of the electrical designs and compliance with appropriate codes from various regulatory bodies and best design practices (IEC, NEC, ATEX)

Vendor Management & Sourcing:

Preparation of technical specifications for procurement of the range of electrical equipment and materials Evaluating, review technology and companies for Approved Vendor List inclusion

Work Experience

Experience from 3 to 6 years

Experienced with Excitation and Turbine Control products Ability to analyze technical specifications and proposals Ability to develop detailed engineering design packages Customer service oriented Strong verbal and written communication skills * Self-starter with the ability to deal with varied and multiple project assignments simultaneously
