Experience :

Minimum 4 years in machine manufacturing industry

1. Job Purpose

To oversee, maintain, and ensure the continuous operation of all electrical systems, equipment, and utilities in the plant. Responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and supporting production activities by minimizing electrical downtime.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform daily monitoring, inspection, and maintenance of electrical equipment. Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure timely rectification to avoid downtime.

B. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all electrical machinery. Maintain updated PM checklists and records. Monitor equipment performance to identify potential breakdowns.

C. Project & Installation Support

Assist in installation, commissioning, testing, and validation of new equipment. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for project execution and AMC activities.

D. Safety & Compliance

Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards and statutory norms. Conduct periodic safety audits and inspections.

E. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and energy consumption records. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

F. Team Coordination

Supervise and guide electricians/technicians, train, and plan manpower allocation for maintenance tasks.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
