:Must have Wireman & Authorized Permit to work as Supervisor(Mines) from Govt. Electrical Inspectorate Departmant.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and manage electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work in underground mining operations. Ensure compliance with safety standards, government regulations, and company policies. Monitor and maintain electrical systems and equipment to prevent breakdowns. Oversee the work of electrical teams, ensuring proper execution of tasks, and adherence to timelines. Conduct regular inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and implement electrical upgrades and projects. Maintain records of all maintenance work, inspections, and equipment repairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Valid Wireman Certificate and Authorized Supervision Certificate from the state government. Minimum [X] years of experience in electrical supervision, preferably in underground mining operations. Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuit design, and troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of safety standards and mining regulations. Ability to work in challenging underground environments, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
