Job Summary

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and executing all electrical works in MEP projects, ensuring that installation, testing, and commissioning activities are carried out as per project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor electrical installation works at project sites. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil teams, and subcontractors for smooth work progress. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager. Verify material requirements and ensure timely availability on site. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards. Assist in testing & commissioning of electrical systems. Ensure proper documentation of work activities, quality records, and checklists. Identify and resolve technical issues on site. Support project handover activities and ensure completion as per client requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering. 5-10 years of experience in MEP/electrical site supervision. Strong knowledge of electrical systems (LV/MV), conduits, cable routing, DB installation, earthing, etc. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations. Strong leadership & team coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.

Additional Requirements

Experience in high-rise buildings, commercial or industrial MEP projects is an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Willing to work at project sites as required.
