Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and maintain all

electrical systems, panels, motors, and machinery

in the plant. Plan and execute

preventive and predictive maintenance

schedules to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns in production and utility equipment. Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations. Manage and monitor

DG sets, transformers, VFDs, compressors, and LT/HT panels.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, logbooks, and electrical reports. Ensure compliance with

electrical safety standards and statutory norms.

Liaise with external vendors and service providers for major repairs or upgrades. Train and supervise electricians and technicians for efficient task execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum

4-6 years

in industrial or manufacturing electrical maintenance. Good knowledge of

industrial electrical systems, control panels, and safety procedures.

Hands-on experience in handling

DG sets, motors, and electrical distribution systems.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Willingness to work in a

factory/shift environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
