Job Description

1.

Responsibility for the checking Panel & child part in the powder coating area daily.

2.

As per order & Drawings mounting & wiring of panels daily.

3.

Supervision of all activities in the panel department.

4.

To prepare the wiring harness of DG set as panel order.

5.

Mounting and wiring work & panel stand 250 kva, 320 kva, 500 kva, etc.

6.

CPCB4+ DG set Panel Mounting/Wiring supervision.

7.

When any part missed in panel from designer side/ CNC M/C,

8. After Panel wiring/ mounting completion, transferring panel to outside.

9. Co- ordinate with Designer/ CNC operator and completing all parts of panel.

10. Maintain the Record of control Device from the Assembly Team.

11. Daily Material issue from store and check Bus-Bar stock and

Indent of further order.

12. Make the project a special panel as per Drawings.
