Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of 11kV HT and LT electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted electrical operations in compliance with statutory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of 11kV HT and LT electrical systems
• Manage substations, transformers, HT panels, LT panels, breakers, and switchgear
• Monitor electrical loads and ensure proper power distribution
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety rules, SOPs, and statutory regulations
• Coordinate with utility departments, contractors, and vendors
• Maintain records such as logbooks, test reports, permits, and maintenance schedules
• Guide and supervise electricians and technicians on-site
• Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
• Ensure proper earthing, insulation, and protection systems are maintained

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of 11kV HT & LT systems.
• Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and metering systems
• Familiarity with electrical safety practices and permit-to-work systems
• Ability to lead a team and handle site coordination
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5yrs exp.
