We are seeking a capable and experienced Industrial Supervisor to oversee the operations at our industrial site. The Industrial Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining workplace safety, coordinating site activities and ensuring that work is completed on time. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in industrial operations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate activities of workers to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with industry safety guidelines and regulations.
Plan and schedule employee shifts, tasks, and deliverables to meet project timelines.
Inspect the quality of work performed to ensure adherence to established standards.
Report on site operations and progress.
Monitor labor and equipment.
Address operational issues and work to resolve them quickly.
Qualifications:
Diploma, or a related field.
PWD Supervisor License
2+ Years Experience
