Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate electricians and technicians.

Project Management:

Plan, schedule, and assign tasks for electrical maintenance and new installations.

Technical Oversight:

Interpret schematics, ensure work meets code (like NEC/local codes), and provide technical guidance.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce strict adherence to electrical codes and safety regulations.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical system failures and malfunctions.

Budget & Inventory:

Manage budgets, estimate costs, and oversee the purchase and stock of electrical supplies.

Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, timesheets, and project reports.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and industry standards. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Experience in large-scale electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and safety protocols.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
