Role Overview

We are hiring licensed Electrical Supervisors (freshers or experienced) to manage on-site electrical installations at our various project locations across Madhya Pradesh. This field-based role includes team supervision, inspection, and ensuring safety and quality standards in electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily on-site electrical installation activities Allocate work to electricians/helpers and ensure task execution Read and interpret electrical layouts and wiring diagrams Ensure adherence to safety standards and electrical regulations Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site staff Maintain daily reports and inspection logs Assist in testing, commissioning, and documentation Ensure timely completion of site tasks per technical norms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Valid Government Electrical Supervisor License - Mandatory*
Education: ITI (Electrician) / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering Installation, wiring, and panel operations 33 KV systems and overhead line installations Wireman duties and substation maintenance Basic knowledge of electrical safety tools and PPE Willingness to travel across project sites in Madhya Pradesh Basic communication and reporting skills

Preferred Background

Preference for candidates with HT/LT license Freshers with a valid license are welcome Experience in residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is a plus
