AC Technician & Electrical Maintenance Personnel

Job Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of

air conditioning systems

(split, cassette, and central units). Attend to emergency breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime at outlets. Carry out

electrical maintenance tasks

including wiring, lighting, and equipment installation. Periodic inspection of electrical and AC systems to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain service logs and report issues to the Operations Manager. Coordinate with vendors for replacement parts and specialized repair jobs. Provide support during new outlet installations and renovations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of experience

in AC repair and electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, safety protocols, and HVAC systems. ITI/Diploma in Electrical or AC Mechanic preferred. Willingness to travel to various outlet locations when needed. Ability to work independently and handle emergency repairs. Basic understanding of Malayalam or Hindi is an added advantage.
