Job Description

Position Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of electrical on construction, maintenance, or industrial projects. This role ensures that all electrical systems and installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical workers on-site. Plan and schedule electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work. Ensure all work is performed according to project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with electrical codes. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during installation and maintenance. Maintain records of materials used, work performed, and staff attendance. Ensure availability of necessary tools, materials, and equipment for the job. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to coordinate tasks. Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience as an electrical supervisor or similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Electrical Supervisor license as required by local regulations.

Work Environment:

May involve working in industrial or construction sites, including oil & gas and petrochemical facilities, with exposure to outdoor conditions, heights, and confined spaces. PPE is required.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
