Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and electrical technicians. Assign tasks, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior staff. Installation & Maintenance: Oversee the installation of new electrical systems and the maintenance of existing ones. Inspect electrical equipment, wiring, and control systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all electrical work adheres to national and company safety standards, codes, and regulations. Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct training sessions on best practices.

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues in water purifier systems and related equipment. Conduct root cause analysis for electrical faults and implement corrective actions. Project & Inventory Management: Plan and schedule electrical maintenance, installation projects, and work orders. Estimate labor and material requirements and manage the inventory of electrical supplies.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment history. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to management on job status, safety, and project progress.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production) to ensure smooth project execution and support operational goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
