Key Responsibilities:

Team leadership:

Supervise, train, and manage a team of electricians.

Project management:

Plan and coordinate electrical projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.

Technical oversight:

Review blueprints and technical diagrams, and provide guidance on complex issues.

Safety and compliance:

Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Maintenance and repairs:

Oversee the maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.

Reporting and documentation:

Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage project documentation.

Resource management:

Estimate costs for materials and schedule necessary resources.

Required skills and qualifications

Technical knowledge:

Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and industry codes.

Supervisory experience:

Experience leading and managing a team.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with team members, management, and other stakeholders.

Problem-solving:

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and make quick decisions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
