? Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians at site. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Monitor daily activities and ensure work is carried out safely and as per project standards. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations. Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations and report any faults or issues. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to meet project timelines. Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and providing effective solutions. Manage electrical material inventory and ensure proper usage. Train and guide electricians and technicians on work practices and safety procedures. Ensure timely reporting of work progress and documentation as required.
? Key Skills Required:

Good knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and industrial installations. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of electrical systems. Good understanding of electrical safety norms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Leadership skills to supervise a team of electricians. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
? Educational Qualification:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
? Personal Attributes:

Responsible and proactive attitude. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
