Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and capable Electrical Supervisor to oversee site activities, ensure safe and efficient execution of electrical works, and lead teams of technicians and electricians. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in managing real estate or infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities at project sites.
Allocate tasks to electricians/technicians and monitor progress.
Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site managers for smooth execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
Maintain proper documentation, daily progress reports, and material usage records.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in electrical contracting/construction projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and safety practices.
Ability to lead teams and handle multiple tasks on-site.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
