Job Description

Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical tasks, ensuring project completion on time and within budget. Estimate labor, materials, and equipment needs. Review blueprints, designs, and technical diagrams, ensuring alignment with specifications. Collaborate with other trades (architects, project managers) for smooth workflow.

2. Supervision & Leadership:

Oversee electricians and technicians, assigning duties and providing guidance. Lead, train, and mentor junior staff to improve skills. Foster a strong team environment and communicate effectively.

3. Safety & Compliance:

Strictly enforce safety protocols (NEC, company policies) and conduct safety inspections. Ensure all work adheres to electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Identify and mitigate potential electrical hazards.

4. Technical & Quality Control:

Inspect and test electrical installations for quality, completeness, and functionality. Troubleshoot complex electrical problems and implement swift, effective solutions. Ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of systems.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and maintenance activities. Prepare reports and communicate progress to senior management.
