: Site Supervisor & Site Engineer (Electrical)

We're looking for a skilled

Site Supervisor & Site Engineer

to oversee and manage the execution of

electrical distribution, transmission lines, and substation bay works

. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and be responsible for ensuring project completion on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Management:

Supervise

day-to-day on-site activities for the installation of transmission lines, distribution networks, and substation bays.

Coordinate

with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure smooth project flow.

Monitor

project progress and prepare regular reports on milestones, challenges, and resource allocation.

Ensure

all work is performed according to engineering drawings, specifications, and safety protocols.

Technical & Quality Assurance:

Interpret

electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and construction drawings.

Inspect

and verify the quality of materials and workmanship on site.

Conduct

and oversee testing and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot

technical issues that arise during construction and installation.

Safety & Compliance:

Enforce

strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Conduct

toolbox talks and safety briefings to promote a safety-first culture.

Identify

and mitigate potential on-site hazards.

Maintain

a safe working environment and ensure all necessary permits are in place.

Resource & Team Management:

Supervise

a team of technicians, electricians, and laborers.

Allocate

tasks and manage the work schedule of the on-site crew.

Provide

technical guidance and training to the team.

Manage

site logistics, including material delivery and equipment availability.
Qualifications

Education:

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

Proven work experience in the

execution of electrical projects

, specifically involving

transmission lines, distribution networks, and substation construction

.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and high-voltage equipment. Proficiency in interpreting electrical diagrams and technical specifications.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Other:

Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE) and safety regulations.
