We are looking for an experienced and efficient Engg. & Maintenance Supervisor to join us. Strong technical expertise and a detail-oriented approach are key to this job role. Apart from possessing these skills, you should also display sound management skills. You will be responsible for preparing work schedules and assigning tasks to the maintenance staff. Besides, you should be able to motivate your team members to perform diligently and professionally. You will be reviewing the departmental budget and managing inventory purchases. You will be supervising on-site operations and reporting any accidents to the senior management. Moreover, you should hold strong administrative skills to conduct mis activities such as preparing reports, and timesheets. Responsibilities

• Preparing and assigning work schedules

• Supervising and motivating team members

• Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipment

• Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes

• Providing help in installing electrical equipment like panel boards, enclosures, or any other electrical systems

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues/malfunctioning as and when required

• Reviewing work procedures and suggesting improvement measures

• Monitoring and handling inventory purchases

• Estimating and preparing budgets

• Documenting all inventory purchases

• Coordinating with on-site personnel like electricians, contractors, and architects to ensure proper workflow

• Supervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior management

• Coordinating with the on-site Electrical Engineer to review any design requirements

• Conducting labor and material estimates

• Inspecting and interpreting any remodeling projects

• Providing moral and technical support when needed

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Proven work experience in the Electrical department or any hotel industry

• Familiarity with the electrical system, tools, and equipment like fuses and wires

• Basic computer skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Displaying leadership qualities

• An eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues

• Knowledge of safety and industry standards

• Highly motivated

• Possessing sound technical knowledge

• Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Ability to work collaboratively with other technical departments

• Ability to work at long hours and in extreme weather conditions
