Job Description

As the plant's main electrical contact have the ability to confidently convey information and drive actions for the desired results Managing the day to day work flow of the electrical and instrumentation work center, including the effective scheduling and supervision of assigned work Effective coordination of the electrical and instrumentation area work, analyzing the results, and taking appropriate action for continued improvement Work with the plant's manufacturing engineers to improve plant production by continually seeking out opportunities for electrical, instrumentation, or controls improvements or enhancements As the plant's main electrical resource, availability to respond to production or safety issues during nights and weekends Effectively supervise craft personnel to ensure that all assigned maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers in accordance with plant procedures, NRC regulations, and the site schedule Effectively communicating significant plant and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager and all applicable levels of station management Ensure effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees Understands, supports and administers all Maintenance processes, such as the training program, surveillance program, procedure revisions and CAP to ensure effective work practices This position is responsible for the safe execution of maintenance work activities by following work week schedule Job Type: Regular / Permanent Salary: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month Benefits:
