to manage and oversee the daily operations of our store/warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring smooth material handling, and supporting overall store management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and storing materials.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.
Perform stock verification and coordinate periodic physical stock audits.
Ensure proper documentation for material movement (GRN, issue slips, return notes, etc.).
Coordinate with the procurement, accounts, and project teams for material requirements.
Monitor and maintain the storage area in an organized and safe manner.
Track material consumption and prepare stock reports for management.
Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle vendor follow-ups related to material delivery and discrepancies.
Skills & Requirements
Knowledge of electrical materials and components (preferred).
Strong understanding of storekeeping, inventory management, and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, or inventory tools (preferred).
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities confidently.
