Experience Required

2-5 Years in Electrical EPC / Power Distribution Projects

Qualification

Diploma / ITI (Electrical)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, reporting)

/ Responsibilities

Supervise electrical site execution under RDSS (Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme) project

Oversee LT/HT line works, transformer installation, feeder segregation, metering & allied electrical works

Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, DPR, and technical specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, linemen, and technicians for daily activities

Monitor manpower productivity, tools, and material utilization

Maintain DPR, material reconciliation, and site records

Ensure safety compliance as per electrical and project safety norms

Coordinate with DISCOM / utility engineers for inspections and approvals

Identify site issues, deviations, and delays and report to Project Engineer / Manager

Support testing, commissioning, and energization activities

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems (11kV/33kV LT/HT lines)

Experience in transformer erection, cabling, earthing, and metering works

Understanding of EPC project execution and site documentation

Ability to manage subcontractors and site workforce

Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Candidate

Experience in RDSS / DDUGJY / IPDS electrical projects

Willingness to work at remote project locations

Immediate or short notice period preferred

Local male candidates preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 15 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
