Job Description

We are seeking a

fresher Electrical Engineer

to join our engineering and project execution team. The candidate will assist in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment at project sites. This position offers hands-on experience in industrial power systems, control panels, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at project sites. Support the design and layout of electrical panels, wiring, and distribution systems. Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and control systems. Prepare and maintain documentation including load calculations, cable schedules, and test reports. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil) during project execution. Provide support during power system testing, grounding, and lighting installations.

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of power systems, control circuits, and electrical design. Knowledge of PLC panels, MCC panels, and VFDs is an advantage. Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or similar design tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Awareness of electrical safety practices and standards.

Qualifications:

B.E / B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
