Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive

Electrical Supervisor (Male)

to oversee field activities for 33?kV/11?kV covered conductor stringing, HT/LT ABC installation, and other EHT-related works. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and be willing to travel extensively across project locations in Kerala and South India.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day field operations for HT/LT overhead electrical line projects. Oversee installation of covered conductors, ABC systems, and related infrastructure. Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and engineers on-site. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and technical specifications. Maintain daily progress reports and provide site updates to management. Assist in material planning and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on supervisory experience in HT/LT electrical projects. Familiarity with covered conductor stringing, ABC systems, and EHT works. Willingness to travel and stay at sites across Kerala and South India. Must be fluent in

Hindi

to communicate with site labour teams. Diploma or ITI or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred.
