We are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

with strong exposure to

EHV Substation Projects up to 400 kV

. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordination with clients, workforce handling, and ensuring timely completion of installation and commissioning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of

GIS / AIS Substations up to 220 kV

. Handling clients, attending meetings, and meeting client requirements professionally. Preparation of

measurement sheets, billing documents, and related site records

. Managing workers and effective coordination with the site execution team. Drafting and handling

official email communication

with clients and internal teams. Preparation and submission of

Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

. Implementation and understanding of

Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)

and

Safe Work Procedures (SWP)

. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project schedules.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

EHV substation construction and commissioning practices

. Good leadership and manpower management skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Sound understanding of

safety procedures and work permits

. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in EHV projects (up to 400 kV). Prior experience in

GIS/AIS substation projects

is mandatory. Willingness to work at project sites as per company requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
