Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Site Manager

to lead execution and operations for a

Floating Solar Power Plant

at Omkareshwar. The role involves site management, team handling, coordination with contractors, and ensuring smooth round-the-clock operations.

Key Responsibilities

Overall site management for floating solar plant execution and operations Manage site engineers, technicians, and shift teams Coordinate with EPC vendors, contractors, and client representatives Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, and quality standards Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and O&M activities Prepare daily progress reports and shift handover notes

Requirements

B.Tech in Electrical Engineering Minimum

5+ years experience in Solar Power Plants

Floating solar experience preferred

Strong leadership and site execution skills

Hindi communication preferred

Willingness to work in 3 shifts and stay at site
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
