Job Description

Key Responsibilities*

Supervise and manage site activities for O&M of transmission lines and substations.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects.

Prepare site reports and maintain documentation.

Travel extensively across India for project requirements.

Required Qualifications*

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field.

5-6 years of relevant experience in O&M of transmission lines and substations.

Strong knowledge of safety standards and practices in high-voltage environments.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple sites effectively.

Willingness to travel Pan India.

Skills & Competencies*

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Familiarity with safety audits and risk assessments.
