Job Responsibilities:

Supervise

installation, commissioning, and testing

of solar power projects. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams at the project site. Ensure compliance with

safety standards, quality checks, and timelines

. Review site designs, layouts, and drawings before execution. Manage resources, materials, and manpower effectively. Monitor site work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and handover. Liaise with project managers and clients for smooth execution.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

Solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling

. Familiarity with

electrical drawings, civil foundation, and structural work

. Excellent leadership, communication, and site management skills. Ability to handle

field challenges

and deliver projects on schedule.
