Industrial Automation and Electrical Control Panels.

We design, build, and maintain automation systems for industries across India -- offering turnkey solutions from panel design and manufacturing to onsite installation, testing, and commissioning.

Position Summary

The Site Engineer is responsible for the In-house and on-site execution of control panel and automation projects, including installation, wiring, and commissioning. A key function of this role is to lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards, while serving as the primary coordinator between the project team, management, and the client.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Install, test, and commission

control panels (MCC, PCC, PLC, APFC, etc.)

at client sites. Ensure all site activities comply with

Seqronics and customer safety standards

. Perform

electrical wiring, terminations, and field connections

as per design drawings both in-house and on-site. Verify

proper operation of panels

on power-up and ensure all safety checks are performed. Record installation data, test results, and daily work reports for project documentation. Maintain and track

tools, test equipment, and spare inventory

at site. Communicate regularly with the

Project In-Charge and clients

for technical updates and progress. Identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and support the technical team in troubleshooting & Support

continuous improvement

in wiring standards, quality, and efficiency

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Strong understanding of

electro-mechanical assembly

and

panel wiring principles

. Knowledge of

PLCs, relays, contactors, circuit breakers, sensors, actuators, and VFDs

. Familiarity with

motors, starters, and control circuits

. Working knowledge of

electrical testing tools

. Ability to read and interpret

electrical drawings, schematics, and GA layouts

.

Experience & Education

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

2+years in

control panel assembly, site installation, or automation service

. Candidates with hands-on experience in

industrial wiring and commissioning

will be preferred.

Behavioural Skills

Effective communication and client-handling skills. Team leadership and coordination abilities. Time management and attention to safety. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision. Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
