Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor electrical installations at the site. Review and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and project specifications. Plan daily site activities and coordinate with civil, mechanical, and other teams. Ensure all electrical work is carried out as per standards (IS codes) and safety norms. Conduct quality checks on materials and workmanship. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project managers. Manage subcontractors and ensure timely execution of tasks. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions. Ensure proper testing and commissioning of electrical systems. Maintain documentation for inspections, approvals, and material usage.

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, cabling, and load calculations Ability to read electrical drawings (Single Line Diagrams, layouts, etc.) Site supervision and project coordination skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Knowledge of safety standards and compliance Good communication and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools
