Profile - Site Engineer

Qualification - B.Tech - Electrical

Experience - Fresher to 3+ yrs in Panel Manufacturing Industry

Salary - 15 K CTC (fresher) / Upto 3 lac (exp.)

Location - Jaipur

An Electrical Site Engineer in the panel manufacturing industry is responsible for managing and overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical panels (like LT/HT panels, control panels, distribution boards, etc.) at the client or project site. Their role bridges manufacturing, project execution, and client interfacing.

Supervise the installation of electrical panels at the site.

Ensure correct cable laying, termination, earthing, and panel mounting.

Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for alignment and placement.

Interpret electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLD), and general arrangement (GA) drawings.

Provide technical support to the site team and resolve installation issues.

Conduct pre-commissioning checks (insulation resistance, continuity, etc.).

Perform panel testing such as HV test, megger test, and functional checks.

Ensure proper energization and system integration.

Follow safety protocols and ensure the site team adheres to electrical safety standards.

Verify installation quality as per industry standards and client requirements.

Liaise with design, production, and project management teams for technical clarifications.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on site activities and schedules.

Prepare daily progress reports, testing reports, and commissioning documents.

Maintain records of materials, equipment, and manpower utilization
