Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Setup:
Install and configure at customer sites according to technical specifications and operational requirements.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment to ensure reliability and longevity. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, including details of service performed, parts used, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Compliance:
Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations while performing job duties. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology, industry trends, and best practices. Participate in training programs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools required for service tasks. Ensure that all parts and equipment are properly accounted for and stored.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
electrical or a related field
, or equivalent experience.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
Travel:
Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
